I first found Yoga after recovering from a serious knee injury. Initially, I was practising Yoga as a gentle way to get back into exercise but it soon became obvious that there was much more to Yoga than making shapes. The positive effects of my Yoga practice started to come off the mat with me, my body needed to move and my mind needed the stillness, I was hooked.

Following a six-month journey exploring India, I formalised my practice with a 200-hour Frog Lotus Yoga teacher training course in Spain, giving me a strong understanding of the biomechanics of the body, which complements my nurturing approach to teaching.

My classes encourage tuning in with the body and focusing on the breath as a guide to the practice. Leading students through a steady paced class, allowing time to pause and arrive in the postures. Classes are tailored to the needs of the individual – expect to get warm and be challenged yet leave feeling calm and collected.

I am currently on maternity leave with no permanent classes. I will be back teaching at some point in 2022.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″]
